Our Story
NovaTrade was born from a simple observation: the traditional financial system wasn't designed for regular people. High fees, complex interfaces, and minimum balance requirements kept millions from participating in the markets.
Our founders, Sarah and Michael, met at Stanford Business School where they shared a vision of making investing accessible to everyone. In 2019, they launched NovaTrade with a radical idea: commission-free trading with no minimums.
Today, we serve over 10 million users across 150+ countries. But we're just getting started. Our mission to democratize finance drives everything we do.

NovaTrade Inc. was incorporated in Delaware and established headquarters in Manhattan.
